Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 September 2026

This website (whitecardtoday.com.au) is operated by New Age Training (Registered Training Organisation 40796). We are committed to handling personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This policy explains what we collect through this website and by phone, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can access, correct or complain about it.

Who we are and how to contact us

What personal information we collect

Enquiry and booking forms. When you submit a form we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, the course you are interested in, your preferred day or timing, and any message you write.

Technical and advertising information sent with a form. To understand which advertising brought you to us, the form also sends hidden details: the page you landed on, campaign tags (UTM parameters) and, if you arrived from a Google ad, the Google click identifier (such as a GCLID). These identifiers are also kept in your browser’s local storage for up to 90 days.

Phone calls and emails. If you call or email us we collect your phone number or email address and what you tell us. If you call from a Google ad or a Google forwarding number, Google may give us limited call details such as the call’s start time, duration and caller area code. We do not record calls made through this website.

Website usage. Like most websites, our hosting provider and the Google tag automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, the buttons you click (for example “Call” or “Book now”) and the date and time of your visit.

If you go on to enrol, we collect further information as part of enrolment (for example your Unique Student Identifier and identity documents). That information is handled under our enrolment process and the student privacy notice you will receive at enrolment.

How we use your information

  • to respond to your enquiry, call you back and confirm a training day or start date;
  • to provide information about the course you asked about;
  • to measure and improve our website and advertising, including knowing which ads lead to enquiries;
  • to meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a registered training organisation.

We will not use your details for unrelated marketing without your consent, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies, the Google tag and Google Ads conversion tracking

This website uses the Google tag (gtag.js) for Google Ads. It sets cookies and uses similar technologies (such as _gcl_au and _gcl_aw) so we can measure conversions: when someone who clicked one of our Google ads submits an enquiry or taps a phone number. Google also uses this information to report on and optimise our ads, and may use it for advertising purposes in line with Google’s own policies.

Enhanced conversions. When you submit an enquiry, the email address and phone number you entered are converted in your browser into a one-way hashed code (using SHA-256) before being sent to Google. Google uses this hashed data only to match the enquiry to a Google ad click, which improves the accuracy of our conversion measurement. Google does not receive your email address or phone number in readable form through this process.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and manage personalised advertising from Google at My Ad Center. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services. For visitors in regions that require consent (such as the EEA, UK and Switzerland), advertising cookies are off by default.

Third parties we use

  • Google (Google Ads, the Google tag and Google Fonts), for advertising, conversion measurement and web fonts.
  • Web3Forms (web3forms.com), which processes our website forms and forwards your enquiry to our email inbox.
  • Cloudflare, which hosts and delivers this website and may log technical information such as IP addresses for security and performance.
  • Our email and phone providers, which carry your messages and calls to us.

These providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries where they operate. We use reputable providers and take reasonable steps to make sure your information is handled consistently with the APPs. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law, for example to government regulators.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. We keep enquiry information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law, and then delete or de-identify it.

Accessing and correcting your information

You can ask to access the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by contacting us using the details above. We will respond within a reasonable time (usually within 30 days). We may need to verify your identity first. If we refuse a request, we will tell you why in writing.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first using the details above and we will try to resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC): www.oaic.gov.au, phone 1300 363 992.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date it was last updated.
